Cancellation & Refund Policy – Noor and Nakhra
1. Order Cancellation
– Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team at support@noorandnakhra.in.
– After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may already be in processing or dispatched.
2. Refund Eligibility
– No refunds are offered for orders under ₹499. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
– For orders above ₹499, refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
– You received a damaged or defective item
– You received the wrong product
– The item was lost in transit
3. Refund Process
– To request a refund, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
– Your order number
– Clear photos of the product and packaging
– A brief description of the issue
– Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
– Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
– Used or worn jewelry and hair accessories are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Return Shipping
– If a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.
