5. Refunds & Returns
– No refunds or returns are accepted for orders under ₹499.
– For orders above ₹499, returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
– Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Cancellation Policy
– Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.
